Project Consultant, Communication and Marketing

Your Role

Under the authority of the company’s management team, you will be responsible for planning communications, developing our brand image, executing promotional activities and public relations, as well as producing and revising our communication tools. You will work closely with the management team on exciting growth projects.


Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement our communication plan
  • Develop and maintain our brand image across all channels
  • Make sure that we are always well positioned from SEO perspective
  • Coordinate the design, writing, and revision of our communication materials
  • Participate in organizing our activities and events, and evaluate their quality and effectiveness
  • Provide communication advice for various projects
  • Manage campaigns and updates in our CRM (Pipedrive)
  • Design and plan social media campaigns
  • Act as a webmaster and coordinate updates and modifications

  • University degree in communication, marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of four years of relevant experience in a similar role

  • Excellent written communication skills in both French and English to create engaging content
  • Effective prioritization and time management abilities
  • Versatility and autonomous
  • Strong teamwork and adaptability
  • Excellent proficiency in spoken and written French and English
  • Proficiency in software suites such as Office, Adobe, Breezy, Hubspot, or other website creation solutions, as well as Pipedrive or Zolo (an asset)

Working Conditions

  • Location: Laval (Downtown Laval). Please note that remote work is also possible.
  • Hours: 35 hours per week
  • Employment type: Full-time
  • Salary: Hourly rate based on experience and qualifications (according to the applicable salary scale)
  • Start date: As soon as possible
